Tracking shipments in italy with sda

Shipments can be tracked online at www.sda.it or by telephone at +39 199113366, mentioning the ID code which will be sent to you per e-mail, after the shipment of the order. We will do our best to have the goods delivered within the agreed time limits but we cannot be held liable for any damages caused by possible delays during shipment.

Products availability

Products shown in our website are all to be considered as ready for delivery, unless otherwise specified. However, the Customer is herewith informed of the remote possibility that at the moment of the shipment, some products may no longer be available or on sale. Should this be the case, after the order has been confirmed per e-mail, dRv will inform the Customer with a second e-mail and the order will thus be cancelled. Furthermore, please note that any special offer related to the items on our website, are valid only for products purchased online.

Payments of ordered items and of any shipment costs may be made as follows: Through electronic payment Cash on delivery - this payment method is valid only for Italy and must be done at the moment of the delivery of ordered goods. Billing

The commercial invoice / receipt of sale will be issued by dRv - the paper document will be included in the package with the ordered products. dRv is registered at the Venice Chamber of Commerce with the REA number 0354255 - VAT 03974600276. Its registered office is in via del Lavoro, 39/b - 30030 Vigonovo (Venice). Please note that all prices indicated in the website already include 21% VAT.

Personal data

Your personal data, requested at the moment you place the order, are collected and will be processed through paper, informatic and electronic devices so as to comply with the existing accounting and fiscal rules. In no case and in no way will personal information be discolsed or sold to third parties, unless for reasons closely related to the sale process. At any time the Customer will easily have - for free - the possibility to ask for confirmation of the existence in our records of his personal data, have them updated, corrected or have them blocked/cancelled. dRv ensures to its Customers compliance with the legislation on personal data, covered by the Code referred to in Legislative Decree 196 dated 06.30.2003. Owner of the data is dVr srl.

Product guarantees

dRv guarantees that the delivered products correspond to those you can see in the web-site. Any clearly evident defects shall be reported by the Customer within 10 (ten) days from the delivery date.

Right of withdrawal

In case of afterthought, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal (as per the Legislative Decree no. 185 dates 05.22.1999) returning the purchased product and requesting its substitution or refund. The right of withdrawal applies only to natural persons acting for purposes not related to their professional activity. Therefore, there is no right of withdrawal for purchases made by retailers and companies, for purposes related to their professional activity.

Procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a written communication - within 10 working days - to: d.R.v. srl, via del Lavoro 39/b 30030 Vigonovo - Venezia. This communication must be mailed through registered mail with return receipt or, alternatively, also per e-mail to the address info@diromeo.it , provided that it is then confirmed by a registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours. It must contain the codes / identification numbers of the items you wish to return and the bank information (Cab, Abi) of your bank account, so that we can credit any amount by bank transfer. Within 10 working days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Customer shall ship the returned products back to the following address: d.R.v. srl, via del Lavoro 39/b 30030 Vigonovo - Venezia. The returned items must not have been used and must absolutely be in the same conditions as they were on delivery. Please be also informed that in no case will return shipments with carriage forward or cash on delivery be accepted and picked up.

Procedures for the reimbursement of the amount

After receipt of the goods, we will check the conformity and will proceed to the reimbursement through a bank transfer, within 15 days starting from the Customer’s communication with which he has expressed his will to excercise the right of withdrawal. The amount which will be credited will be solely related to the price paid, not including the shipping costs for returning the goods to dRv, which are to be charged to the Customer.
